The management is a kind of production force; the scientific and rational-based management system can help the company realize its standardization, institutionalization and normalization. The keys for modernization of the pharmaceutical enterprise in China lies in the establishment of a whole process quality control system in accordance with both China-characterized features and international standards; the latter, therefore, can warrant the effectiveness and security of the drugs so that the foreign drug administration agency and international market may accept our products.

¡¡Having accepted the knowledge of ¡°gaining the benefit from management¡±, also on the basis of the past rules, Xjpharma revised the established regulations which include to totally 24 management systems of technical technology, product quality, safety production, cost and so on. These new-revised regulations were edited into books and taken as the working laborer¡¯s obligatory training course in order to carry out whole-staff, whole process and colligate quality management.

Xjpharma focuses much importance on quality. The company founded the Department of Quality Assurance, establishing the quality control system, improving and perfecting the quality level of the raw materials, intermediates and finished products, thus controlling the quality of the product from the very beginning. Meanwhile, we are carrying out quality control certification to the providers of the main raw materials and package materials.

Besides these, the company adopts a series of measures to control the quality. Firstly, we adopt internal enterprise quality level which is prior to the pharmacopoeia level, setting up product quality checking index of first eligibility percentage and excellent-class product percentage, the checking result is related to the employees¡¯ wage and bonus;Secondly we strictly conform to GMP to control drug quality, and every employee has its own responsibility;

Thirdly, we develop the QC plan with the aim of improving drug quality.

Long-term hard working can yield satisfactory results: All of the products have passed the GMP certificate, the muscle relaxing medicine ¡°Vecuronium Bromide ¡± received the FDA warranty, the anti premature-pregnacy medicine ¡°HanZhuTing¡± was awarded ¡°A Famous Brand Product¡± in Zhejiang for three consecutive years, ZXH 951 was listed in the National 863 Plan.
