HISTORY OF XJPHARMA

        In 1970, Xjpharma successfully synthesized its contraceptives for the first time, and at the same time put through the production of the Compound Norethisterone Tablets, which made Xjpharma become a state-designated contraceptive manufacturer in China. From then on, Xjpharma start to develop as a professional pharmaceutical enterprise.

        In January 1972, the Xianju Pharmaceutical Factory (one of the former companies of the present Xjpharma) was founded.

        In the year of 1978, Xjpharma made a profit of 3,320,000 yuan, which was one of the top profitable enterpreters in Zhejiang Province.

        In 1984, Xjpharma carried out a reform of staff responsibility system, which made Xjpharma become the pioneer of the state-owned enterprise reform.

        In 1987, Xjpharma implemented a new salary system to take a further step in its reform.

        By September 1993, the stock system reconstruction of Xianju Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. was completed, facilitating scientific decision-making.

        In August 1996, XianJu Medicine Group Co.,Ltd was established.

        In May 1997, Zhejiang Medicine Co., Ltd. emerged from Xianju Medicine Group Co., Ltd, XinChang Pharmaceutical Factory and Zhejiang medicinal Limited Company opened for business, which created a precedent in joint venture of strong companies coming from multi-region.

        In June 2000, Xjpharma committed a construction in its assets and founded Xianju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

        By December 2001, the reconstruction to Zhejiang Xianju Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd was committed.
